NotesThis is a study in gouache and watercolour for the oil panting of the same name in the collection of the Aberdeen Art Gallery and Museums. Exhibited: Leicester Gallery 1927 . May-June #19

Condition reportHeavy-weight paper, has been folded- likely by artist, pin-holes (original to piece). Possibly some surface dirt. Discoloration of paper on verso- browning in certain areas. Requires acid-free mounting. Examined June 8, 2014
